George Huang is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified coach, business leader and attorney with over 25 years of experience in industries such as law, manufacturing and distribution, technology, business services, and non-profit.  As a coach, he uses the power of curiosity and perspective to help clients overcome challenges and achieve their goals.  George works with individuals to discover their authentic values and strengths, and raise their emotional and relational awareness.  He also coaches leaders and their teams on improving trust, communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution in order to achieve better outcomes.

George began his professional career as a corporate attorney for the law firm of Michael Best & Friedrich.  He later left law firm practice and took on the roles of Chief Operating Officer, General Counsel, and Executive Director at various companies.  George is currently Vice President and General Counsel for Flatworld Solutions, a global business and technology solutions company, where he advises and coaches teams across the US, UK, India, and the Philippines.  He founded Arcvera Consulting in 2017 to help others achieve their personal, professional, and organizational goals.
